(1)市政消火栓宜采用地上式室外消火栓;在嚴寒、寒冷等冬季結冰地區宜采用干式地上式室外消火栓，嚴寒地區宜增設消防水鶴。

(3)市政消火栓宜在道路的一側設置，并宜靠近十字路口，但當市政道路寬度超過60.0m時，應在道路的兩側交叉錯落設置市政消火栓，市政橋橋頭和城市交通隧道出入口等市政公用設施處，應設置市政消火栓，其保護半徑不應超過150m，間距不應大于120m。

(5)當市政給水管網設有市政消火栓時，其平時運行工作壓力不應小于0.14MPa，火災時水力不利市政消火栓的出流量不應小于15L/s，且供水壓力從地面算起不應小于0.10MPa。

(3)人防工程、地下工程等建筑應在出入口附近設置室外消火栓，距出入口的距離不宜小于5m，并不宜大于40m;停車場的室外消火栓宜沿停車場周邊設置，與一排汽車的距離不宜小于7m，距加油站或油庫不宜小于15m。

(5)工藝裝置區等采用高壓或臨時高壓消防給水系統的場所，其周圍應設置室外消火栓，數量應根據設計流量經計算確定，且間距不應大于60.0m。當工藝裝置區寬度大于120.0m時，宜在該裝置區內的路邊設置室外消火栓。當工藝裝置區、罐區、堆場、可燃氣體和液體碼頭等構筑物的面積較大或高度較高，室外消火栓的充實水柱無法完全覆蓋時，宜在適當部位設置室外固定消防炮。
(5) Places such as process unit areas that use high-pressure or temporary high-pressure fire water supply systems should have outdoor fire hydrants installed around them. The quantity should be determined based on the design flow rate through calculation, and the spacing should not exceed 60.0m. When the width of the process unit area is greater than 120.0m, outdoor fire hydrants should be installed on the roadside within the unit area. When the area or height of structures such as process unit areas, tank farms, storage yards, flammable gas and liquid docks is large or high, and the full water column of outdoor fire hydrants cannot be fully covered, it is advisable to set up outdoor fixed fire monitors in appropriate locations.
