拆開救活器應選用的拆開辦法，采納必要的防護辦法，在承認救活器內部無壓力時，方可拆開救活器器頭或閥門。

二、救活器的收回處理

從噴射過的干粉救活器內鏟除的剩下救活劑應按ABC干粉和BC干粉救活劑別離進行收回貯存，這類救活劑不該用于再充裝；從未噴射過的干粉救活器內鏟除的救活劑應按救活器銘牌標志上標明的救活劑成別離離進行收回。經查驗契合相關救活劑標準后，且無外來雜質，則可用于再充裝。

四、零部件替換

修理組織應按原救活器出產企業的救活器裝配圖樣和可替換零部件明細表進行部件替換，救活器氣瓶（筒體）不行替換。替換的零部件應與原救活器出產企業供給的零部件的特性保持共同。

經水壓實驗合格的氣瓶（筒體），若外部有部分涂層掉落，但無銹蝕時，答應補加涂層，補加涂層應潤滑、平坦、色澤共同，無氣泡、流痕、皺紋等缺點。補加涂層不該掩蓋銘牌。

每次修理時，下列零部件應作替換：密封片、圈、墊等密封零件；水基型救活劑；二氧化碳救活器的超壓膜片。

五、再充裝

5、 Refill

在進行救活劑再充裝時，應按原救活器出產企業的要求進行操作。任何一種救活器均不該變更充裝其他類型的救活劑。再充裝的救活劑應與原救活器出產企業供給的救活劑的特性保持共同,用收回再利用的救活劑再重裝時，應滿足相關要求。

When refilling the lifesaving agent, it shall be operated according to the requirements of the original manufacturer of the lifesaving device. Any kind of lifesaving device should not be changed to fill other types of lifesaving agents. The refilled resuscitant shall maintain the same characteristics as the resuscitant provided by the original resuscitator manufacturer. When refilling with the recycled resuscitant, it shall meet the relevant requirements.
