(1)組合分配系統中聯動控制系統接線錯誤,使啟動裝置、選擇閥、防護區未形成應有的對應關系。如誤將防護區一的聯動啟動線路接防護區二的啟動裝置上,導致防護區一發生火災時滅火劑反而噴放到防護區二中,從而導致滅火失敗。
(1) The wiring error of the linkage control system in the combined distribution system has not resulted in a proper correspondence between the starting device, selector valve, and protection zone. If the linkage starting line of protection zone 1 is mistakenly connected to the starting device of protection zone 2, the extinguishing agent will be sprayed into protection zone 2 instead when a fire occurs in protection zone 1, resulting in a failure to extinguish the fire.

(8)系統安裝完畢,投入運行時未將電磁閥或者瓶頭閥處的限位裝置拆除,造成火災時,系統無法正常啟動。

(11)施工時未按照規范要求設置管道支吊架,為節省成本隨意減少支吊架的數量,導致系統在噴放時管道震動。嚴重時會造成管網脫落。
