1. External inspection of fire hydrant: check whether the fire hydrant door is closed well, whether the lock and glass are damaged, and whether the seal of fire hydrant door is intact;

2.隨機(jī)抽取消火消火栓總數(shù)的10%測試，按消火栓報警按鈕，消防中心應(yīng)有正確的報警顯示，檢查箱內(nèi)元件是否良好、有無脫落，消火栓內(nèi)水龍頭有無滲漏；

2. Randomly select 10% of the total number of fire hydrant for test, press the fire hydrant alarm button, the fire center shall have correct alarm display, and check whether the components in the box are in good condition and whether they fall off, and whether the faucet in the fire hydrant leaks;

3.開消火栓門取出水帶，仔細(xì)檢查有無破損，如有應(yīng)即修補(bǔ)或替換；檢查有無發(fā)黑發(fā)霉，如有，應(yīng)取出刷凈、晾干；

3. Open the fire hydrant door, take out the water hose, carefully check whether it is damaged, and repair or replace it if any; Check whether there is blackening and mildew. If there is, take it out, brush it and dry it in the air;

4.將水帶交換摺邊或翻動一次；

5.檢查水槍、水帶接頭連接是否方便牢固、有無缺損，如有，立即修復(fù)，然后擦凈在消火栓內(nèi)放好；

5. Check whether the connection of water gun and hose joint is convenient and firm and whether there is any defect. If there is, repair it immediately, wipe it clean and put it in the fire hydrant;

6.查接口墊圈是否完好無缺，替換閥上老化的皮墊，將閥桿上油；

7.檢查修整全部支架，掉漆部位應(yīng)重新補(bǔ)刷，同時油漆；

8.將消火栓箱內(nèi)清掃干凈，部件存放整齊后，鎖上消火栓門，更換檢查標(biāo)簽卡。

9.檢查后在消防箱檢查卡上簽名，放置在消防箱內(nèi)，并貼上公司統(tǒng)一印制的消防箱封條。
